Sponsorship Opportunities

The “Fiesta Mexicana” added Phoenix to its lineup two years ago. This year, two teams from the Pacific Winter League of Mexico – Los Naranjeros de Hermosillo and Águilas de Mexicaliwill participate. The Arizona Diamondbacks and Milwaukee Brewers Future Stars will participate this year. All games will be played at Maryvale Stadium in Phoenix from September 19 – 21, 2014. Hermosillo will play Mexicali in single games on Friday and Saturday; then the two Mexican teams will play the MLB Future Stars teams in a doubleheader on Sunday. Last year, the Phoenix Fiesta Mexicana drew over 7,000 fans and this year we are looking to increase this number with great promotions and more entertainment. Some promotional activities will include giveaways, free kids clinic on Saturday at the stadium, music and authentic Mexican cuisine. Numerous Phoenix Hispanic media will be participating.

Title Sponsor: $10,000

• Name and Logo in all advertising  – radio, TV and print
• Prominent website inclusion on Mexican Baseball Fiesta page – will be created shortly
• Luxury suite for all three days (snacks and beverages are included)
• First pitch at a game of your choice
• Outfield sign in a prominent location – production included
• Stadium banners throughout the stadium (client provides signs)
• Full page color ad in game program – front inside or back cover
• Concourse table / booth for all three nights
• 100 three-day passes in box seats
• Four PA announcements per game in Spanish – 16 total
• Player and mascot appearance at sponsor’s location on Saturday, September 20

Gold Package: $5,000

• Outfield Sign – production included
• Full page color ad in game program in a prominent location
• Concourse table / booth for all three nights
• Suite for one day of your choice (snacks and beverages are included) – based on availability
• Fifty (50) three-day passes in box seats
• Logo on website Mexican Baseball Fiesta page – will be created shortly
• Three PA announcements per game in Spanish – 12 total

Silver Package: $2,500

• Stadium banners throughout the stadium (client provides signs)
• Full page ad in game program
• Concourse table / booth for all three nights
• Twenty (20) three-day passes in box seats
• Logo on website – will be created shortly
• One PA announcements per game in Spanish – 4 total

Cactus Package: $1,500

• Stadium banners throughout the stadium (client provides signs)
• Fifty (50) box seats – good for any date
• Half page ad in game program
• Concourse table / booth for all three nights

Sombrero Package – $1,000

• Concourse booth for all three nights
• Thirty (30) box seats – good for any date
• Half page ad in game program

Concourse Vendor Booth – $500 for all three days

• Four (4) three-day passes in box seats
• Six foot table and chairs will be provided
• Booth is located on the concourse for all three days

Partner Package – $500

• Fifty (50) box seats – good for any date
• One PA announcement in Spanish and one Message Center spot per game – 4 total games

Mexican Baseball Fiesta Event Program – 5,000 will be produced

• Full page (5 ½ x 8 ½) – $750
• Half page (5 ½ x 4 ¼) – $500
